Hi Everyone, by now we know for sure that, people in Boston love sports and love to be in shape. Summer is around the corner and I am sure that we all want to look good in the summer outfit and I personally believe that everyone should try to adapt a healthy lifestyle and stay fit. Boston Sports Club is one such place to train and sweat it out in order to stay fit.

I have been a sportsperson and I made a lot of friends through sports when I came to Boston. Through my friends only I came to know about the Boston Sports Club. For all those who do not know about the Boston Sports Club, let me tell you that this one of the coolest sports club in Boston. They are in 29 locations, spread in and around the greater Boston area. The Boston Sports Club has many facilities such as Gym, fitness centers, indoor swimming pool and much more. They have a lot of ongoing programs for people of all age group. Specially when summers are around the corner, everyone likes to spend some time in the pool. Also the clubs offers swimming classes for people of different age groups and levels (beginner/advanced).



Apart from swimming, they also offer various fitness classes and programs like, yoga, Pilates, boxing, martial arts, dance, cycling, circuit and sports specific training and cross fitness.  You can also request a for a personal trainer if required. The staff here is very friendly and encouraging. They motivate you and help you achieve your fitness goals. If you want to take your workouts to next level, then this is the right place to be in. The trainers here are very knowledgeable and well qualified. As per one's convenience and time, one can go for a personal trainer or one can also register for small group trainings.




One of my friend, who took classes there, shared her personal experience and told that the place is really very clean. She said that they have a wide variety of equipment and the machines there are in good working condition. She also told that it is one of the most convenient workout places she has been to and they also offer special student discounts. The Boston Sports club offers you a variety of packages and deals. Once you go and share your schedule and requirements with them, the trainers and consultants there will advice and offer you a genuine package and plan as per your convenience and time.One thing which stands them out from other similar related clubs is that even during the peak hours (5-7 pm), you do not have to wait for cardio and related machines, they have enough and a wide variety of equipment and machines. In some of their locations, their parking garage has been validated to offer free parking for the first hour. 



This is one of those places where the more you tell them about your fitness goals and objectives, the better they can suggest you classes and workouts in order to enhance and fulfill your experience and expectations. The club members can avail many facilities like access to locker rooms, access to training equipment, free personal fitness assessment, free team training/UFX demo, classes and reservation privileges and much more. If someone wants to improve and work on his/her stability, endurance, strength or flexibility, I would strongly recommend them to go to Boston Sports Club.
