Must visit places in LA

Several years ago, I went to Los Angeles (LA) with my family and it was a fun and nice trip. We rented a car to visit a lot of interesting places there. So this time I will write “Must visit” places in LA.

Los Angeles County Museum of Art

5905 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036

The Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) is the largest art museum in the western United States. It has a lot of nice spots to take pictures for those who are really photo addicted. One of the most beautiful photo spots is between the lights, which shown in the picture below. It is very nice spots for taking pictures, especially during the night.

Rodeo Drive

One of the shopping places in LA is Rodeo Drive that sells a wide range of expensive brands from a lot of famous designers all around the fashion world. During your visit, if you are lucky, you can meet with local celebrities. One of the things that unique about this place is the design itself which has European style buildings, so that makes it a nice place to take photos for your social media needs.

In and out burger

I love this burger restaurant and I can say this is maybe the best burger restaurant that I ever had. I can eat their burger several times during my visit to LA. In my opinion, the taste is much better than Shake and Shack burger. However, this burger chain restaurant is only located in American Southwest and Pacific coast. Besides the burger, I like the fries and it was delicious especially if you eat it while it’s hot.

Pacific fish seafood

131 Fishermans Wharf, Redondo Beach, CA 90277

This restaurant is one of the famous seafood restaurants in the area. It is a Korean restaurant. My family loved to go there because it is pretty unique. Costumers have to use a unique tool such as wooden mallet to open the crab. Last time I ordered Dungeness crab alongside with other seafood menu and it was delicious.

Santa Monica Pier

200 Santa Monica Pier A, Santa Monica, CA 90401

This is one of the beaches to put on your bucket list of must visit places during your trip to LA. You can do a lot of fun and exciting activities, also enjoy some attractions near Santa Monica Pier. It also had a wide range of accommodations with a great view that’s pretty eye catchy.  I went there during summer time, it was very packed. Although it was crowded there, the local managed to keep the beach clean which is I appreciate. The beach itself has a great panorama view which helps you get away from the fierce winter in Boston. Some people said the iconic Santa Monica Yacht Harbor neon is a perfect spot for a selfie! But in my opinion, taking a picture with pacific wheel background is still the best spot for the best photo.

One of my friends gave me suggestion to visit this place when I go to LA:

Venice beach

Located beside the Santa Monica Pier, the Venice Beach Boardwalk stretches over two miles and hosts hundreds of street vendors and performers along with numerous privately owned restaurants and food venues. It offers a lot of activities such as basketball, paddle tennis handball tournaments, gym, and other special events. Venice Beach also offers a fishing pier, a world-renowned skate plaza, bike path, and children's playing areas. Film productions are also very popular in Venice Beach and occur year round.
