Woman and man always want to be fit and more health in the modern life. Most people spend the most time on work, then find hundreds of excuses to avoid workout. But that's where workout apps for your smart phone (that you can use in the privacy of your home) come in.



I’m an outgoing woman who love sport, but food is my favorite. I cannot give up any opportunity to eat the delicious food. That’s the reason I workout at least 3 times per week because I want to eat more.

If you don’t like others stare at you when you are doing workout, you want a more private space, or you like to play the music you like during your workout. Just try these workout app at your home. I bought a yoga mat several years ago, I usually spread it out on my room to remind me workout every day.


Here are 3 must-have fitness apps that will help you tone up and earn some much-needed endorphins—on your own terms.

  • Nike + Training Club

Nike + Training Club is the ultimate app for fitness enthusiasts who want to experience an intense sweat session with a variety of options for their workout. I’m a huge Nike fan. I always wear my iPhone when I’m running, and I’ve been logging my workouts with Nike+ for almost 8 years. The app provides various workout program that fully loaded with 100+ workouts, clear audio, and visual guidance from experts for every move, plus plans to help you get fitter, faster and stronger than ever. The program video hosted by several professional Nike trainers and athletes, like Serena Williams and Ellie Goulding. Plus, you can track your progress and unlock reward content. It’s really good to connect with your friends, then you will have the motivation of workout to compete with your friends.


  • Sworkit: Workouts & Plans

Sworkit, an abbreviation for Simply Work It. Makes people workout easily and sample life. It’s like the Nike Training Club, providing various training programs, but Sworkit is more functional and customized app. You can create targeted workout routines. Select whether you want to build strength, do yoga, practice cardio, stretch or build a custom routine, as well as a duration of your workout, and Sworkit builds you a routine of randomized exercises that fit your exercise goals. I usually use this app per day because I customized the ideal training program for me.



  • Workout for Women: Fitness App

Just spend 7 minutes per day, you feel fresh out after using this app. This app makes working out so easy, especially for someone who knows nothing about working out and has no equipment readily available at home, and the design is so clean, clear, and user-friendly. I love that they've been adding more and more workouts. Besides, a weekly summary of your workouts improves your training efficiently.



If I don’t have time to go to the gym or have a full training program in that day, I will use this app. Just 7 minutes, then I really burn my body’s calories.



Even you are really busy to go to gym, I suggest you download the app in your mobile phone or iPad first. After you have the workout app on your device, you will keep in mind to workout when you are using the device. Take me for example, I have 5 workout app in the first page of my mobile phone; therefore, when I use the phone, it can reminds me to finish one training program.
